Board Of Directors

Compass IPA is governed by a Board of Directors. The seven-member Board is made up of a president, secretary and five directors who are elected for two-year terms. The Board is elected by the general membership of the Association at its annual meeting. All Board members serve on a voluntary and non-compensated basis.
