Why Is It Important - Credentialing
Credentialing procedures are based upon National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) criteria and reviewed periodically by the health plans we work with to ensure that we're performing to the highest standards. All Compass IPA members must be credentialed through this process to maintain the integrity of our panel and programs. Each members credentials are evaluated before the Credentialing Committee (a committee of peers) before membership is granted.
Why is this important to you as a consumer (and potential patient)? It simply means you can depend on Compass IPAphysicians to provide the finest medical care in Rome and the surrounding area.
