Management Services Organization

We have established a Management Services Organization (MSO) for our member practices to provide management and administrative support services to individual physicians or small group practice members. One purpose of an MSO is to relieve physicians of non-medical business functions so that they can concentrate on the clinical aspects of their practice.

Because MSO’s integrate business functions that were previously separate, they can generally achieve economies of scale or develop efficiencies of expertise that an individual practice does not have. The MSO can increase the operational efficiency of the practice by developing administrative and billing procedures and benchmarks.
